What’s in my bag? Spain & Portugal

The last 10 days were an absolute breathe-taking adventure. I am so grateful and revived for this amazing vacation and so excited to share all of it with you guys! I know I’ve been posting so many of my outfits from the trip already, but I wanted to link them all in one place. So here it is: what I packed for Spain and Portugal in late April-early May.

Our first day in Madrid was a bit chillier than anticipated, but that was perfect for this comfy striped blouse. I paired it with my current favorite basic jeans, my amazon find Sunnies, some tiny gold hoops, a white crossbody, and these sneakers I wore every single day of the trip!

Our first day in Lisbon, I wore this fun and bright yellow off the shoulder top to blend in with all the yellow of the city (it’s SO colorful here!). I paired it with the same jeans and sneakers.

Our next city was Sintra, and it was by far the most colorful. While visiting the palaces I wanted a neutral look to contrast all the different colors we saw that day, but knew I would need to be comfortable hiking around a mountain. This beige button up top is so breezy and adorable. These matching shorts were incredibly comfortable, and super flattering as they have both a cinched waist and a zipper. I bought these new Ray-Bans on the trip and they are for sure my new staple sunnies.

As we explored new places in Sintra, I wanted to change up my look for the more Moroccan and jungle looking palaces. I threw on this black jean jacket, which also helped as the afternoon cooled off.

Back in Lisbon, I knew I wanted to incorporate a pink outfit, as there are tons of pink buildings and walls all throughout the city. I threw on this pink wrap dress, that has the cutest open back, and would be adorable for a derby party or any nicer spring occasion. It’s currently over 50% off right now!!! I wore this fun white floppy hat and my white crossbody.

While out one afternoon, it got much warmer and I had to change out of jeans. I am so glad I had thrown in these black bucket shorts, and wore them with my go-to white tee. I added this fun necklace and threw on my platform sandals (SO comfortable and great for walking around).

While in Granada, where the weather was nice and toasty, I wore the same beige comfy shorts with a black bodysuit and this sheer star top you’ve seen me wear plenty of times.

Our second day in Granada I wore my same jeans with this adorable flowy floral tank. It was super breezy yet sturdy.

Hope you enjoyed seeing all my fun travel looks, and can’t wait to share my travel guides for this beautiful places with you soon!

Cheers! Mackenzie
